Some of the providers at The Metropolitan Neurosurgery Group accept insurance and the hospitals we work with for our cases have established contracts with a long list of insurance plans. See which provider accepts our insurance.
How much will my out of pocket care be?
When you have health challenges, calculating costs can be overwhelming. We are committed to transparency about fees and services. Whether it is a visit or a procedure, we will provide you with all information of fees up front so there are no surprises when seeing our providers. Our goal is to have your insurance cover most or all of the care we provide but this requires 100% intervention from patients.
Do I need a referral?
PPO insurances generally won’t require a doctor’s referral. But our practice does. A referral and his/her records might be necessary when obtaining approval for services.
We also ask new patients to have their other treating providers fax us any records of treatment they had received in the past such as braces, physical therapy, acupuncture, other procedures, etc.
